We received our passports in the mail (less than 2 weeks), we also received our fingerprint appointments for immigration, we have our appointment to have our lab results notarized and one more state background check has come through. Yesterday we met with Homeland Security and it was a pretty simple process. Paid Homeland Security fee for application and finger print fee ($990.00.) We are scheduled for our Homeland Security interview tomorrow. We are hoping to get our dossier completed by January 1, 2009. However, have heard that the Homeland Security piece takes the most time.
