The Rumo family ran in the Utica Boilermaker 5k yesterday. We joined Team Meem in honor of Tammy Koster and to help raise awareness for Parkinson’s disease. It was amazing, she is an inspiration! – check out her story and send up a prayer for her and her family!!!!!!
On the running side of things, we all did great!!!! Emily, Paul & Julie ran a 5k 5 weeks ago. Emily improved her time by 5 minutes, finishing todays run in 32:31! With Paul’s help, Julie improved her time by 4 minutes finishing in 35:57 (with Paul right beside her!!) and Zach ran a great race finishing in 28:45!
It was a gorgeous day and a fantastic time spent as a family. Our niece, who is training for a marathon (God Bless the girl) ran the 10k 15k in 1:18:03. Go Chrissie, only 17 more miles in your next race!!!!!!
